How do I sign up?

Join the waitlist to be the first to know about the next launch date.

When are the meetings?

We will meet as a group using Zoom every Thursday from 12:00 to 1:00pm Mountain Time. This will become an important and exciting part to your weekly routine! You will look forward to every Thursday with your group.

What is my investment?

You will receive 8 hours of live coaching and lessons, in addition to personalized resources, meal plans for 3 weeks, training on how to meal plan going forward, PLUS 8 weeks of on-going support, accountability and motivation through a private chat group. Basically, 8 weeks of on-going and timely access to your coach, community and resources! All for an investment of $997 or 2 payments of $550.

What if I have to miss a meeting?

Committing to yourself and committing to the group is an important part to making progress and receiving the full benefits. However, we do understand that circumstances come up. You can pre-submit your discussion items prior to the meeting, and you will have private access to the replays so that you catch up.
